In ApeScrape, a Workspace is a shared home for your work. Everyone in a Workspace can view, create, edit and run the same Collections, Queries and Sources, and usage is tracked per Workspace.
To create a Workspace, go to your home page and click New Workspace (or Create your first workspace if you don’t have one yet). Give it a name and click create.
Well done, you’ve created a new Workspace!
You can invite others to collaborate with you.
An email is sent to that person with a link to join your Workspace. Until they accept, their invitation appears under Pending Invitations, where you can Revoke it if needed.
To remove someone, open the Team page, find their email in the members list, and click Remove next to it. They’ll immediately lose access to the Workspace and everything in it.
Each Workspace has its own Usage page, where you can see how many pages have been crawled and how much data has been extracted over time, by hour, day or month.
To delete a Workspace, open it and choose the delete option. ApeScrape will ask you to confirm.
Warning Deleting a Workspace cannot be undone. All of its Collections, Queries, Sources and collected records are permanently removed.
